Chapter 93 Home Time

December 20th

Ella's point of view:

The next morning at around 8 o clock the hospital finally discharged us. I was still sore down there so

the entrance and exit door of the hospital.

"Ow," I whined with one step. "Ow," I added with the next. "No one ever told me that my vagina was

going to hurt this much."

"You just pushed this out of it. What do you fucking expect?" Leo replied.

"No cursing in front of the baby!" I exclaimed.

He looked down at me and smiled.

"Can we just accept the fact that he's going to be that kid that teaches all the other kids the bad words

and move on? It's inevitable."

"It is not inevitable. It is very easy to avoid in fact. Just don't fucking swear in front of him," I replied.

He looked at me with a raised eyebrow and I slammed my hand over my mouth. I'm as bad as him.

"Shit," I cursed before realising I had done it again.

We both then fell into fits of laughter as he hugged me tighter and kissed my head.

Outside there were crowds of wolves waiting to catch a glimpse of their future Alpha. It was

overwhelming but Leo, who was well adjusted to public attention like this, lead me through them

nodding and thanking people for their congratulations and compliments.

We finally made it home where we placed Cato down in his crib which we'd position by the large

window on the east side of our room where the morning sunlight poured in. It fell onto his soft skin

making it glisten perfectly as he slept.

"Christmas came early this year," I sighed running my fingertips along his tiny cheek.

Leo smiled and wrapped his arms around me as we both watched in utter amazement at the delicate

little thing we'd created.

"Any word from your Mom?" he asked as he rested his head on my shoulder.

"She'll be here by lunch apparently. Your border guards will let her through, right?" I asked.

He nodded, "She has freedom to pass through any time she likes. As does your brother for now."

I kissed his cheek, "Thank you, Leonardo."

He furrowed his eyebrows, "For what exactly?"

"For making me happy," I said, "I thought you'd always be the unfeeling, cold man you were at frist. But

you proved me wrong. And I'm glad."

He smiled again but he didn't recieve the eyecontact I was offering him and instead looked up out of

the window.

"You should get some rest before your Mother arrived," was all he said.

"Oh okay," I replied, "You're right."

At first, I was reluctant to leave the side of his crib.

"Come on you. He'll still be here when you wake up," Leo said as he guided me towards bed, "I'll wake

you up in a couple of hours so you can shower and eat before she comes."

When I woke up at around eleven o clock, neither Leo or Cato were in the room.

I made my way down the stairs with much less struggle than I had earlier.

"You're looking better," Leo said as he stood in the kitchen with Cato fast asleep over his bare shoulder

and bacon on the stove, "I was just about to wake you for some food actually."

"Thank the Goddesses. I'm starving," I said.

I then watched as he plated up the food with one hand, Cato still asleep in the other.

"Would you like me to take him?" I asked. "He probably needs feeding."

"It would be handy if both the mother and father had boobs. I feel guilty that you have to do all the

feeding," he said handing me the little newborn.

"Well, you seem to have compensated by 1. changing his diaper, 2. getting him dressed and 3. making

breakfast all before I even woke up," I replied. "And this is adorable," I added referring to the pale blue

hooded teddy bear onsie Leo had put our son into.

I carried Cato to the kitchen table where I sat feeding him for twenty minutes until the doorbell chimed

and a familiar scent drifted into the kitchen.
