Chapter 44: Stay Two Meters Away From Me!

Fleur followed suit into the lobby, but the moment she passed the revolving doors, a suit-clad man

came up to her. "Are you Miss Leroy?"

"Yes."

"I'm Mr Martinez's secretary, Yves Blanc. He asked you to come up."

"Okay."

They arrived on the 38th floor, where the offices were at.

Yves led her into the CEO office where Olivier was answering a call. When they arrived, Olivier turned

to look, the arc of his body and neatness of his outfit accentuating his charm.

Fleur smiled brightly and rounded his desk.

"Yes, I'll contact the warehouse..."

A kiss was landed on his chin. Fleur was on her toes, her eyes determined.

Olivier stopped talking.

Yves looked in shock, thinking, "Doesn't the president...just have one girlfriend, Miss Lopez? Why..."

But he did not dare question further, just left and closed the office doors.

Fleur smiled after that kiss, gazing at him warmly, seemingly no intent to interrupt Olivier's call further.

Olivier's continued with a frown. "Let the sales manager..." The moment he spoke Fleur kissed him on

the lips, holding onto his shirt.

Her lips were soft, tasting of fragrance. Her tentative tongue peeked through as well.

Olivier grabbed her waist and pulled her away. With a growl, he tucked away his phone and said, "Are

you trying to die?"

"You looked so handsome when you're working. I couldn't control myself."

Smack! Olivier tossed his phone on the table and yelled: "Behave yourself! Go sit over there!"

Fleur knew when to stop, so she quietly obeyed.

Olivier ground his teeth. He could still feel her soft lips and the touch of her hands around his waist.

Yves came in again with three glasses.

"I prepared more options since I did not ask you, here's some water, coffee, and Jasmine tea."

Fleur picked up the tea. She actually liked its bitterness, but the moment she took a sip she found it too

sweet.

She placed it back down, then reached for the coffee.

...

"She'll have water," Olivier ordered.

Yves obeyed without question and handed Fleur the water, to which she only huffed but put the coffee

back.

Yves bowed and went out.

Olivier came over and sat down. His strong masculine aura wafted out in waves. Fleur immediately sat

beside him, grabbing onto his arm which made the man look down.

He licked his lips for a moment.

"Are you insane?"

"...It...it tasted really bad." Fleur stammered. "Why are you serving something that tastes that bad?

What client would be willing to drink that?"

Olivier's eyes flashed strangely. He instinctively pursed his lips, getting up. A bittersweet taste rose

from his mouth and plunged down his throat.

His dark eyes seemed to be hiding something, though he wordlessly sat down by his office desk.

Without looking up, he ordered, "Stay two meters away from me!"

Fleur immediately stopped and rounded his desk again to sit opposite him. "You asked me to come up

just to watch you work?"

"Go and sit over there. Disturb me again and you're dead!" Olivier did not look up still. He lifted a

document, determination evident in his grasp.

Fleur obediently listened. As soon as she sat down, her phone rang. She did not have the number

saved but she had a guess of who it was.

She hung up.

Fleur texted instead, "Mr. Muller, I'm busy right now. We can have a chat sometime soon."

"How do I keep being interested in you if you stand me up all the time?"

"Then don't be interested in me for the time being. You can do so later."

There was no response to that so Fleur put her phone away and got out a magazine from the table.

The first page read: Virginie Lopez, 25 years old, beloved daughter of the Lopez family, graduate from

a film school. Directed her first movie at the age of 23 and won the award of best actress because of it.

Her romantic affairs with the Martinez's young master was also included.

No one dared cross her in the entertainment circle, and no one dared cause her trouble in society

because of Mr. Martinez.

God, she's been spoiled since the day she was born.

......

Ten minutes later, someone knocked on the door.

"Come in." Olivier said.

The person who entered looked to be around Olivier's age, with a study, elite appearance.

"Sir." He greeted Olivier and paused when he saw Fleur. A mix of emotions flashed across his face:

shock, confusion, then he nodded to Fleur in greeting before making his way to Olivier's desk.

...

Olivier fiercely tossed a document at him. "Something is wrong with the red wine that came in a week

ago. Its ages are wrong and its taste profile has decreased in quality. Pull back all the red wine in the

hotel and do a thorough inspection."

"Yes, sir!" The manager took the documents, a hint of fear in his eyes as he glanced at it. He quickly

exited the office.

Olivier started to work on another document. Five minutes later he heard the click of a phone camera.

He looked up. Fleur was clad in a black dress, inky hair across her shoulders while her yellow

windbreaker draped on the back of the sofa.

The hem of her skirt pooled in frills around her ankles. She was taking pictures of him with her phone.

Fleur peeked out when Olivier looked over, her smile toothsome. "You look so cool."

Olivier's tight grip on his documents left a wrinkled mark.

"Fleur Leroy," He growled threateningly.

"You're still taking photos? Did you not learn your lesson last night?"

Fleur immediately put away her phone. How could she not have learned from last night? Olivier wanted

to take away her club.

"Fine, I won't disturb you. Go ahead and work, we'll have lunch once you're done." She laid down but

remembered someone might come in later, so she got up. "Do you have a lounge here?"

Before Olivier could answer Fleur had already left the office. Her confident stride and the clear clicking

of her heels on the floor left an impression of feminine maturity.

Olivier tightened his grip around his pen.

A second later he slammed it onto the desk and got up.

He went to the balcony for a breather.

Opposite the river directly in front of his office building was The Stunning Club itself in all of its 15-

storeyed glory. It was not too marvelous in looks, but for a KTV, it was impressive on its own.

......

It was not until 12 o'clock that Olivier stopped working, massaging the bridge of his nose. He went

downstairs and prepared to leave when he remembered Fleur was still here.

So he went back in.

The lounge was dim when he entered. Fleur was sleeping peacefully, looking as if she was having a Exclusive © material by Nô(/v)elDrama.Org.

pleasant dream.

She was not that irritating in sleep. After all, she was still a stunningly beautiful woman. Her graceful

features, snow-white skin, and lean bodice, all added to her The Stunning Club.

A heat rose from Olivier's lower abdomen as he gazed at her. The slow yet sharp heat seeped all the

way to his mind.

He sat on the edge of the couch, eyes moving across Fleur's body...

Five minutes later, her phone rang. There was no caller ID but Olivier recognised the number as

Simon's.
