Chapter 2390
Chapter 2390
The man's icy demeanor left everyone taken aback. Miranda glanced toward Hilary, "Who's this guy?"
Hilary's eyes flickered, "No idea, never seen him. Could he be Sophia's boyfriend?"
Miranda, observing the man's composed and frosty features, felt a twinge of jealousy flash through her eyes.
Crystal and Eileen managed to break free and stood next to Jason, straightening their clothes, trembling as they reached for their phones to call the police.
A security guard attempted to intervene, but Jason kicked him aside.
With a shaking voice, Eileen dialed 911, reporting they were harassed at The Night, quickly explaining the situation.
The more Jason heard, the darker his expression became, his eyes behind his glasses showing a hint of lethal intent. He looked down at Sophia, "Where did they touch you?"
Sophia, frightened, shook her head, her face pale.
Darcy, confident and unafraid, smiled lightly, "A guest in one of the rooms reported a missing necklace, we were just conducting a routine search."
Hilary quickly chimed in, "Right, it wasn't just them being searched, I was searched too!"
Romeo added, "Me too!"
Jason's gaze turned icy as he wrapped an arm around Sophia and dialed a number on his phone, "Fitch, I'm at The Night. Come here!"
At the mention of Fitch, Darcy's face visibly changed. Fitch was The Night's owner.
He was upstairs in the VIP lounge talking to a guest. Hearing Jason was here, he immediately came downstairs.
In two minutes, he arrived, greeting Jason with a mix of surprise and reverence, "Mr. Gilder, when did you get back to B City?"
Jason replied, "Been here since the holidays."
"Why didn't you give me a heads up before coming?" Fitch chuckled, then noticing the tense atmosphere in the hallway and the group of security guards, frowned, "What happened here?"
"My girlfriend," Jason stated coldly, pausing between words, "was forcibly searched here!"
"What?" Fitch's face turned stern as he glanced at Bradon, "Who did this?"
Bradon, caught off guard, with panic slowly surfacing, stammered, "Boss, I, I didn't know!"
"You didn't know what?" Fitch's anger was palpable, "You let your security search Mr. Gilder's girlfriend?"
"I, I," Bradon was at a loss for words, his face stiffening, "I really didn't know she was Mr. Gilder's girlfriend!"
Sophia had calmed down, stating coldly, "Regardless of whose girlfriend I am, what right do you have to search a guest?"
Eileen added, "This is harassment, a violation of our rights to personal liberty, I've already called the cops!"
Bradon hurriedly approached, pleading for forgiveness, "Boss, I was wrong, I admit my mistake!"
He quickly returned Sophia's phone to her.
Fitch, in a swift motion, slapped him
across the face, "You fool, do you know
w who Mr. Gilder is? You dared to search Mr. Gilder's girlfriend!"
Bradon slapped himself in return, "I'm an idiot, completely clueless!"
Miranda retreated in fear.
The police arrived shortly after. Romeo was the first to try and detach himself from the situation, "I didn't do anything, it's not my fault. I was searched too. I'm a victim here!" Property © NôvelDrama.Org.

When the police questioned Miranda about her missing necklace, she stuttered, unable to speak until Bradon gave her a meaningful look.
"It was your necklace that was missing, wasn't it?" Bradon hinted.
Miranda quickly nodded, "Yes, my necklace is missing!"
