Chapter-64: Akira
"Why have you called us, Lyceon?" Ashina asked Lyceon as soon as they all gathered in his office in the mansion.
Rebecca exchanged her gaze with Mason. Felicia was more curious among them. Lyceon had called her first in the morning for some purpose after they came back from the Midnight crescent pack.
"There is something you need to see." He placed the photo on his desk and slid it to Ashina's side before leaning back on the chair. Allison looked at his stiff face, she recalled his stunned and confused face the moment He saw that photo of her parents, especially her mother. He took them out of the pack after barking some orders to Aztec to investigate something.
Ashina grabbed the photo and looked at the couple in the photo. Her eyes widened as she stared at the woman with green emerald eyes. "You...you found her.." she exclaimed before standing abruptly and asked again, "From where did you get this? Did you find her family?"
Allison bit her lip, looking at her in utter confusion and unknown tension, standing in the corner. And Mason was as bewildered as Felicia was. Rebecca stood up before grabbing the photo from Astonished Ashina's hand and looked at it. "Oh! Does it mean we will get to know about this prophecy soon?" she nodded, humming.
"What are you all talking about? They are my parents and...."
With the speed of air, Felicia snatched the photo from Rebecca's hand and examined it. Rebecca rolled her eyes, "Of course! The Fae thing!"
Now it was Felicia's turn to gasp. "Oh my goddess! That means I was right. She is not some ordinary human but a powerful creature and witch." Felica spared a look at Allison who straightened on her spot. Ashina looked at Allison and chuckled lightly, not believing the truth unfolding.
"She is. I never imagined I would get to know about Akira like this. But now I realise...." Lyceon looked at Allison with deep affection, pride and a bit of remorse before sighing.
"...Why she gave me her words. She has already passed her essence to her daughter and binded our destiny. Even before sacrificing herself, she protected all of us with her spell."
All of them looked at Allison in wonder except Mason who dared to question Lyceon. "Apologies, King but the woman you are talking about is our mother and not in any way I would want anything bad to happen to my only sister. So we deserve to know about what you are discussing."
Allison thanked him internally for speaking her words. She also wanted to know why they were there. She looked at Lyceon who had not been talking much to her since yesterday. She saw a complete change in his features after they drove out of her previous pack.
"I can't believe this. But yeah.. There were signs, Allison looks like her mother which we never thought of before." Ashina interrupted Mason's enquiry and stared at Allison but again nobody saw her or met her mother in person more than once. "So you are afraid that Keir might have known about this before us. That's why he planned to kidnap her before she could mate with you." Ashina asked her brother. Allison parted her lips listening to her statement. She flushed thinking about mating but her mind focused more on something. She reckoned that this vampire was the biggest enemy who had been troubling the lycans for years.
Lyceon nodded. "And coming to this, he won't stay still knowing that we have Allison and would try to get her anyhow through any means." His features turned taut while He glared at the space in deep thought. Felicia looked at Allison's scared face and walked to her. She held her hand and glanced at Mason. She knew they were eager to know about their mother.

"Allison, Mason! Your mother, Akira, was a great white witch who helped the werewolves and Lycans community in the past and fought against the vampires years ago. She was trained under the Goddess of witchcraft and was a special wizard, so are you." She patted Allison's hand who shared a look with her brother.
Mason moved near her and embraced her in a side hug. They knew about her mother but they never knew what happened years ago and how their mother ended up in this mess and got involved in this war.
"You are the heiress of the white witch powers, Allison!" As soon as Felicia mentioned it, Allison snatched her hand out of her hold. She glanced at everyone in the room and at last her gaze fell on Lyceon who was staring at her with a straight face. She couldn't read his facial expression but she knew there was something more to know from them. Something big!
"And what do you...want to do with me? What do you all want from me?" again the doubt of being taken for their advantage knocked her mind and she looked at Lyceon who inhaled deeply and gave her a bland look.
"Allison, don't worry, we are all here to go through this difficult time. But for you, there is something that you need to know. The prophecy which could save the werewolf and Lycans all over the earth started with you being Lyceon's mate." Felicia attempted to ease her anxiety.
Allison gulped her saliva and nodded. She prepared herself to listen to something which she had always wanted to know for a long time. She relaxed and calmed down. She nodded at Felicia for her to continue.
Felicia sighed deeply before telling her as she knew it wouldn't be easy for Allison's ears to learn the truth about her deceased mother.
"Your mother was not an ordinary witch, Ali!" She looked into Allison's eyes and squeezed her hands.
"Akira sacrificed herself to save lives and fulfilled the promise to her best friends. She sacrificed herself to save the last pure lycans on the earth. She sacrificed herself to save Lyceon so that He could save the supernaturals from being killed by the greedy vampires and witches. She saved your Mate eight years ago. She saved the special fated mate bond. And this bond is requested and created by your mother herself from the Moon goddess." Allison's eyes widened, her heart accelerated listening to this shocking news. She did this?
Her body went numb listening to her mother's side story which she was unaware of for years. Her mother sacrificed so much.
Mason was also dumbfounded. "What do you mean by this, Felicia? And How do you know about this?" Mason asked her with a shocked but straight face.
"Because I have been trained under the guidance of the granddaughter of the great witch who also taught sorcery to your mother and the black Witch, Thana. The chosen mate of the vampire king Keir Frederick."
Allison staggered back and held her aching head. It was traumatising her mind listening to these things as she felt the deja vu feeling. Her breathing laboured at once when she heard this familiar name. Thana!
