Chapter 164
Chapter 164
Alpha Nick carried Sheridan into the Jacuzzi, the warm water massaging her aching muscles from so much lovemaking.
It felt so good that a moan escaped her as she relaxed in it, admiring the rose petals and other oils Nick had poured in to help her relax.
The scent from the oils was calming, and with a satisfied look, Alpha Nick left the room.
He returned with three young female violinists who began to play Sheridan’s favorite tunes. It amazed her that Alpha Nick organized all these without dropping a hint.
Sheridan was mesmerized by the show of love he gave her. Alpha Nick seemed to have it all and was the most romantic he had been in years.
It was well understood that the pack pressure had taken a toll on him but even in those moments, he continued to be sweet and gently towards her.
A glass of red wine was offered to Sheridan, and as she enjoyed the massage of the Jacuzzi and the music from the violinists, she sipped on the wine.
It felt so good that she would have pulled Nick into the Jacuzzi with her if not for the violinists.
Her eyes closed, and she woke up to the stroking of a feather on her chest. Sheridan had fallen asleep midway, and Nick had to wake her because the water was getting cold.
The violinists were gone, but there was still soft music playing in the background.
“Are you relaxed enough? I wanted you to check the externals, but it’s a bit cold, so you can wear these.”
He pointed at the outfit he had picked out for her on the bed.
Alpha Nick was casually dressed in a white shirt and pants but looked handsome and fresh.
When Sheridan finished dressing in the white pants and turtleneck he had picked for her, Alpha Nick almost changed his mind.
“If you keep looking so good, we might just end up making love every time until the two weeks elapse.”
“Two weeks?” Sheridan asked, surprised. This was the longest they had been away from the pack at a go, but how could she have known that Nick had all these plans up his sleeve?
“Yep. Aren’t you thrilled?” Nick asked with a knowing smile, and Sheridan pursed her lips thoughtfully.
“I am.”
Happy with the response, Nick explained further. “Anything for you, and from now on, this is how it’s going to be even when we return to the pack.” “I’m going to spend each day pampering you and making you feel like the queen you are to me. No need to stress ourselves after training so many people to do the job.”
Sheridan giggled, amazed by how he planned to escape being a workaholic by delegating tasks to competent individuals.
“Nick, I knew I didn’t make a mistake falling in love with you.” Excitement brewed in Sheridan’s voice.
Nick was far beyond her expectations, and it felt as if the conflicts of the past never existed. Copyright by Nôv/elDrama.Org.
It was with difficulty that Alpha Nick delayed gratification and held her hand, leading her to the door.
When they reached it, he halted and stared intently into her stunning eyes.
“You better come out now, or the surprise would be ruined.” Again, Nick blindfolded Sheridan before carrying her out of the room bridal style.
Feeling her buttocks on the hardness and coldness of a stone, Sheridan was even more curious, eagerly scanning her surroundings when the blindfold was removed. Alpha Nick slightly tilted her head to the sky, and Sheridan’s jaws dropped. She had never seen so many stars in the sky at
once.
“I thought we should have dinner gazing at the stars,” Alpha Nick’s alluring voice cut through her thoughts.
“It’s so stunning here, Nick. Are you sure this resort belongs to us?” Sheridan could not believe it, feeling like he was pulling her leg.
She had loved this resort from the moment she laid eyes on it, but at that time, all these transformations had not yet happened.
“As soon as we reach the pack house, you can see the documents, but for now, there’s a copy on my phone. See for yourself.” Alpha Nick showed her

the deed of the resort, and Sheridan was overwhelmed with joy.
“I love it. I’m going to come here often,” she giggled, wagging her tongue playfully, bringing out the child in her.
Nick chuckled, finding it an interesting sight, and asked her, “Do you like the transformation? Do you want to change more things?”
Sheridan shook her head. Everything at the resort looked so natural, as if carved from rocks, including the chairs, tables, and utensils.
It was a unique experience one could never get anywhere else. “It’s perfect. The rock idea seems to be the best for it.”
A sigh of relief escaped Alpha Nick. If Sheridan had complained about one thing, he would have immediately ordered it to be changed.
“Then we should eat before the food gets cold.” He began to uncover the dishes, and every moment was so graceful that Sheridan could not bear being away from him.
“Nick, what can I do to show how much I love you?”
Nick chuckled, feeling as if she was seducing him. “You already proved your love for me when you gave me a second chance. I couldn’t ask for more, and since that day, I was determined to make everything worthwhile for you.”
Sheridan stood from where she sat and lowered herself onto Alpha Nick’s lap. They gazed at the stars together in each other’s arms.
Alpha Nick knew she wouldn’t eat because of the excitement and kept feeding her in that position. They finished eating, sipping wine leisurely and still gazing at the stars.
Strangely, their eyes tore from the stars at the same time, and their lips met at once.
They took time to savor the kiss, lost in their world, but suddenly, their sweet moment was interrupted by familiar voices. “Nick, Sherry, what are you doing here?”
