Chapter 38 Fighting
When Kristen went out, Trisha had already arrived near the villa. At this moment, she had already changed into the appearance of a young man.
“Handsome, how much do you want for a night?” Kristen asked playfully as she lifted her chin.
“Get out.” Trisha removed her hand in disgust, then she started the car and drove away.
“I haven’t found out who made the deal with the Dragon Gate these days. I think they must be of high status. Be careful and run away if you can’t defeat them.”
Kristen snorted and said smugly, “Is there anything I can’t defeat?”
When the two of them arrived at the dock, they stopped the car at a secret location. Trisha took out her makeup box and slapped some make-up on Kristen’s face.
After a while, Kristen looked at herself in the mirror and was speechless.
“No, why did you make me so ugly? Now I am neither a human nor a ghost.”
“It’s even more difficult to discover my identity if you’re ugly.”
Kristen was speechless.
“Put this on.”
Kristen had a reluctant look on her face when she saw the red wig Trisha had tossed at her.
“I want to be a cool female agent, not the non-mainstream!”
“Cut the crap. Let’s go.”
Kristen helplessly followed Trisha out of the car. The two of them hid on a nearby boat.
It was already early in the morning when the sound of waves could be heard. Trisha was holding a telescope and looking into the distance.
“Coming.”
Kristen became excited when she heard that and Trisha’s voice rang out again.
“The person who came to do business with Dragon Gate is Patrick Cotton. I guessed correctly; he is indeed someone from Emper. Group.”
“Ethan is here too.”
Kristen was speechless.
“Who are you talking about? Say it again!” She snatched the binoculars from Trisha’s hand.
“Stop looking. They’ve already entered the boat.”
Kristen’s face was full of doubt. Didn’t Ethan say that he was going to have a meeting tonight?
“Sylv, your eyes deceive you, won’t they?”
“No, I won’t,” Trisha said in a cold voice. She put on her mask and got up. “Well, don’t go. Go back to the car and wait for me.”
After saying that, Trisha lowered her hat and jumped off the boat.
Kristen was at a loss. Before coming here, Trisha had told her that people from Dragon Gate had gotten several rare new guns and bullets and would make a deal tonight.
Trisha’s mission was to snatch the item from the other end after the transaction was completed.
If she couldn’t buy it, he would rob it. This was the case in the underworld.
She didn’t expect the dealer was Patrick and Ethan.
On one side was her man, and on the other was her best friend…
Kristen fell into a dilemma and she took out her binoculars.
Under the dim light, Patrick and Ethan walked out side by side with a suitcase in Patrick’s hand.
Would Trisha be able to defeat the two of them? Never mind.
Kristen jumped off the boat and walked past several containers. The sound of fighting came from the front.
She quickened her pace and walked forward. Then, she hid in the dark to observe the situation.
Trisha had already snatched the box from Patrick, but she couldn’t resist the two powerful men.Upstodatee from Novel(D)ra/m/a.O(r)g
After a fight, Patrick saw the blue earring, which was the symbol of T.
“Oh, it turns out to be the famous T? But I’m afraid that you’ll fail this mission. Leave it here, and I’ll spare your life today.”
“Impossible.” Trisha’s cold voice sounded, causing the three of them to start fighting again.
Kristen watched as Trisha was kicked and her pupils contracted.
She couldn’t care less. She said indifferently to the In-Ear monitor, “Run away quickly. I’ll hold them back and we’ll meet up later.”
When Trisha heard the voice from the In-Ear monitor, she didn’t bother arguing with them any longer and turned around to run.
Seeing that Patrick and Ethan were about to give chase, Kristen jumped off the container and blocked their way.
“Let’s fight, bro.” Kristen stretched herself and lowered her voice to speak carefully.
“Where did these red-furred monsters come from?” Patrick mocked.
Ethan’s eyes narrowed slightly, and he said in a low voice, “You chase first. You absolutely can’t lose it. I’ll deal with it.”
Kristen wanted to stop Patrick, but she was stuck with Ethan.
The man’s attack was swift and accurate. Kristen was caught off guard and could only dodge.
“Bro, why don’t we stop fighting and have a chat?”
As soon as she finished speaking, she almost suffered another punch. It was fine if she fights with Patrick, but the person in front of her was Ethan…
Who would’ve thought that the two who were intimate would start fighting now and that the other would be so ruthless?
Kristen couldn’t care about anything else. Her life was more important. She stopped dodging and began to fight back.
At this time, Ethan punched Kristen hard in the back of the waist.
Hiss… It hurts.
Kristen gasped. Before she could react, she fell to the ground.
His left hand was held tightly, and the black mask was taken off unexpectedly.
Her face was full of rashes and spots, her skin was black and yellow, and her facial features were out of focus…
Ethan pursed his thin lips and said, “You are so ugly.”
“You… are the ugly one!”
When Kristen met Ethan’s disdainful gaze, she couldn’t help but feel glad that Trisha had made herself look bad. Even if Ethan Wharton had sharp eyes, he wouldn’t be able to see through.
“I left Patrick behind. Let’s hurry to the address I told you about before.”
Trisha’s voice rang out. Kristen paused and kicked Ethan in the chest.
She quickly got up from the ground and ran away without stopping.
Ethan wanted to chase after her, but he felt a dull pain in his heart.
He held his chest and frowned, and his face was full of anger.
Red-hair, don’t let me catch you!
Patrick hurried back and asked Ethan anxiously, “Are you alright?”
“Where’s the thing?”
“T ran away with him. I didn’t catch up with him. I’ve already transferred someone over, but this person is too insidious and cunning. I guess…”
Before he could finish his words, Ethan fainted on the ground, and Patrick’s expression changed.
“Ethan!”
…
Kristen joined Trisha and drove the low-key Volkswagen away.
Sitting in the first passenger seat, she pulled out a red hair. Looking at the trunk in the back, she knew she had completed the quest.
She howled miserably, “Trisha, you owe me an enormous favor!”
“You don’t know how miserable I was. That Ethan punched me so hard.”
Her waist was in great pain.
“Didn’t you say before you came that there was nobody you couldn’t beat?” Trisha suddenly mocked.
“I… I haven’t fought for a long time!”
Kristen pursed her lips and rubbed her finger which Ethan had almost broken. It hurts.
“Okay, okay, Miss, I owe you a favor, okay? You are the best.”
“That’s more like it!”
