The Rejected Luna: Daddy, Where is Mommy?

101

“That’s why you contacted Isabella to keep her mouth shut?” Zordan asked.

“Yes!!”NôvelDrama.Org owns all content.

“But how the hell did you get her number?” Zordan asked in confusion.

“I fooled Reva and got the number of the Beta with whom you were talking last night. And then I dialed his number in the morning and acted like I was the beta female of this pack and got the number of the Luna of his pack. He couldn’t give Isabella’s number to you because you were a male, but that issue wasn’t in my case.”

“What the fuck!!” Zordan exclaimed and looked at his mother-in-law in disbelief, “Why did moon Goddess make her a werewolf? She should have a FOX. Damn, she is such a cunning woman. I have to keep my innocent Reva away from her.” he cried.

“But her older daughter got all her cunning abilities,” Calvin said in pure rage and anger. To be honest, nothing wrong happened with him that night. He had to enjoy his night with a woman, and he clearly did, but Ethlyn was the one who had to face everything. “How did you know that Elena is behind everything? Was this recorded in the CCTV footage?”

“No.” Abigail shook her head. “She confessed all this to me on her own when I confronted her after I found Nathan and Elena arguing about that night, just a few days after Ethlyn’s accident. That was when I came to know that Nathan was with Elena that night. And that was when I came to know that Elena was my first child.”

“Nathan.. Hmm!! Do you think that Nathan was aware of any of the things?” Calvin asked.

“No. I don’t think so. He believed that Ethlyn cheated on him. He had no idea that Elena played a game with both Ethlyn and him to break their relationship, and eventually, she was succeeded at the end because Nathan didn’t trust Ethlyn when she kept saying that it was his pup she was carrying.”

“Where do the hell I can find this, Elena?” Calvin asked to settle the score with her.

“I don’t know. I haven’t seen her for the last few years. Nor Nathan kept any type of contact with her.” Abigail replied and looked at Christian, who was healing slowly. “Now that you know the whole truth, please don’t tell this to Ethlyn or anyone.” Abigail requested when Calvin pulled out his phone from his pocket and kept the phone on speaker.

“Everyone, please act like you didn’t hear anything,” Calvin said in a sarcastic way on which the color of Abigail’s face drained.

“M.. Mommm!!” Abigail heard the heavy sound of Ethlyn and realized that everyone had already heard her confession. That was a different question that she didn’t know by then that, who all were included in ‘EVERYONE.’

Though Christian was recovering on his own, Calvin didn’t want to take a risk around the fox name Abigail. Who knew she would kill her own mate and trap him in the murder of Christian Smith? So, he got him admitted to the hospital and let the doctor check whether Christian’s wolf was able to him in a proper way or not because Calvin had done a lot of damage to him by breaking his ribs and a couple of other bones.

“What now, Calvin?” Zordan asked, locking Abigail in the room, enchanted with a witch’s potion that no supernatural power could break. Calvin wanted to throw that fox and let her riot in the cell, but Zordan reminded him that she was Ethlyn’s culprit and that he should let her take the decision.

When Abigail agreed to tell the truth, Calvin immediately mind-linked Reva ordering her to keep Ethlyn’s phone on speaker when he would call her after a minute and assemble all her family members near that phone. He could have mind-linked Ethlyn too, but he wasn’t sure that she would take her order as easily as others would.

A few seconds later, he speed-dialed Ethlyn; he wanted everyone to see the true color of Abigail Smith, including Abigail’s parents, her mother in laws, and her daughters.

“If you ask me, I want to dig the whole earth if I will have to find that Elena and give her a piece of mind.” Calvin hissed in anger. “How could an older sister do such a thing to her younger sister even when they share the same blood? On the other side, Caro and I don’t share the same blood, but she never thought of harming me or any of her other siblings when the whole world knows that witches are the wicked creature.”

“By seeing Abigail and hearing about Elena, I feel so blessed to have such an amazing family,” Calvin mumbled. “Anyways, coming back to your question, I don’t know ‘what now’! As much as I know Ethlyn, she would forgive her mother and sister even after all this because that woman could fight with the whole world but not with her family.”

“I mean, just look at her even after knowing that her mother kicked her daughter out of their life. She cut her tie with her while my dad was ready to cut all ties with me for his granddaughter who was just born.”

“Let’s go to the penthouse. Everyone was planning something today.” Calvin said, placing his hand on Zordan’s shoulder.

“I hope nothing would have been ruined because of all this,” Zordan muttered. “Intentionally or unintentionally, you always end up spoiling everyone’s mood.” He joked.

A moment before!!

Ethlyn was sitting with all the ladies of the family, trying to get along with them. And just like the last night, everyone tried to make her feel comfortable and feel at home. “So, how was the night? Was my brother good?” Tiara teased her, turning Ethlyn’s cheeks red. “Come on, don’t be shy!! We’re in a team. We all will share our experience with you.” She added, hitting her shoulder slightly.
